Christine began her management consulting career at Accenture where she received exceptional foundational training in the area of Change Management, Communications and Training. An entrepreneur at heart, Christine formed her own company in 2004 where she continued to hone her skills and specialize in the areas of Change Management and strategic planning for major change initiatives in Fortune 500 companies.
Christine has over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing organizational change, stakeholder analysis & management, change readiness assessments, culture shifts, software implementation, performance management, process improvement, communications and training. She possesses a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical, utility, automotive, healthcare, retail, Aero-Defense and entertainment industries and works with organizations as a Change Management Consultant/Coach or Leadership Coach.
